This university on Thika Road underwent a complete overhaul, with dormitories for both men and women created, a commercial kitchen to serve up to 200 people, a library, and two levels of classrooms. Compound infrastructure was also upgraded, with two new entrances created, rerouting of power lines, and a gravity fed water supply.

Two dormitory wings with ten rooms each, two homes for large families, and a guest house. Between the dormitories is a rain water reservoir for use during the dry season.
