Lavington House

This Lavington house has an outdoor barbeque area with a Steel I-Beam Pergola, stainless steel grill, sink with granite counter-tops, and walls cladded with 2in black and mixed color mazeras. The kitchen has been done in Meru Oak with granite counter tops, internal appliances, breakfast table, and has a sunken ceiling. Both the living and dining room have vaulted ceilings with large mahogany beams. The attic storage area was made more accessible with a drop down attic ladder.
